In his usual style, Randy tells
his story using humor, speaking of his journey from entry
level clerk to call center manager for the Ameritech
Corporation to owner and CEO of Ran Del Enterprises. During
his lecturette, he made a call for action to the employers
in attendance to embrace the practice of inclusion of people
with disabilities in their hiring practices. |

Stedman Graham stopped by during
the conference's youth Career Fair to deliver his
presentation entitled, "You Can Make It Happen: A Nine
Step Plan for Success." Stedman connected well with
the audience as he talked about being identified by one's
characteristics instead of their character. The youth
included not only great speeches but an expo of businesses
and agencies supporting the hiring of youth with
disabilities. |
