A highlight of the visit to Maryland was meeting MDOT employee of 40 years, Mr. William Lawrence.  Mr. Lawrence was an excellent ambassador to Maryland.  He not only served as Randy's official transportation to and from the conference, but provided Randy with a brief tour of some of Baltimore's historic landmarks complete with a bit of cultural history! /i//tn_IMG_0032.JPG
