serving as an outstanding Mistress of Ceremonies for the
conference. |

A highlight of the visit to
Maryland was meeting MDOT employee of 40 years, Mr. William
Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence was an excellent ambassador to
Maryland. He not only served as Randy's official
transportation to and from the conference, but provided
Randy with a brief tour of some of Baltimore's historic
landmarks complete with a bit of cultural history! |
