Randy Graise was the founder and CEO of RanDel Enterprises, a professional speaking and training business based in Southfield, MI.

Randy was born in 1967 in Vicksburg, Mississippi the third of four children.  He was the only child born with a disability.  He was diagnosed as having Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare bone disease, which has caused him to have multiple fractures.  Randy has been a wheelchair user all of his life.

Educated in the Detroit Public School system, Randy went on to attend Wayne State University and later graduated from a private broadcasting school.  After searching the job market, he decided to accept a position in telecommunications.  During his tenure in corporate America, Randy not only served as an exceptional employee, but also earned a promotion to management.  Then, after ten and a half years of working in the telecommunications industry, Randy decided to live his dreams of entrepreneurship and professional public speaking.

As a professional speaker, Randy has traveled across the country speaking on personal success and disability-related issues.  In the year 2000, he was one of 33 people chosen by a national committee funded by a federal grant from the US Department of Education Office of Special Education Services through the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research to work with representatives of culturally diverse entities on issues concerning people with disabilities.

When he was not speaking on disability related issues, Randy was working with youth either as a speaker or a mentor.  Twice named ‘Big Brother of the Year’ by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lansing, Randy is known for his positive impact on youth.  In fact it was his ‘no excuses’ attitude that helped him mentor a 13 year old at risk youth to become an 18-year-old high school graduate with honors.

Randy was a member of Triumph Church of Detroit Michigan.

Please leave a kind word of encouragement for his family in the Guest Book.

GOD BLESS YOU, RAN.  YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
